Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Meetable. You agree to provide accurate account, verification, and profile information and to keep it up to date.

Membership and Purchases

Mobile-app memberships are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play billing where offered. Memberships unlock digital Meetable benefits such as profile visibility, matching eligibility, messaging access, and expanded preferences. They do not include restaurant food or drink.

Restaurant food and drinks are real-world goods and services paid directly to the restaurant unless Meetable states otherwise for a specific event. No in-app subscription guarantees a free or discounted dinner.

Conduct

You agree to follow the Meetable Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines. Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual misconduct, illegal activity, impersonation, solicitation, or attempts to evade moderation can lead to warning, suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.

User Content

You are responsible for profile text, photos, messages, reports, and feedback you submit. You may not post illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or impersonating content. Meetable may filter, remove, restrict, or review content to operate the service safely.

Dinners

Meetable curates tables and may change dinner details, restaurant assignments, seating, or matching where needed for safety, quality, capacity, restaurant operations, or legal reasons.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion in the app or at meetable.social/delete-account. Some safety, legal, fraud-prevention, support, and accounting records may be retained or anonymized where required.
